2. Just Friendly, Old Fashioned Service At Scotia Fuels there are no hassles in having to deal with a call centre, call waiting touch-tone service, automated messaging, or elevator music. We provide good old fashioned service where real people still answer the phones. Scotia Fuels makes home heating easy...the way it should be. After all, we put service where you put your family - FIRST!
3. Scotia Fuels Bundled Package Price, offered "exclusively" by our company We include the following in our fuel price:
1. Regular tune-up of oil-fired heating equipment with no charge for labour (includes furnace, water heater and oil tank)
2. Unlimited 24 hour emergency burner service, with no charge for labour.
Our own service technicians provide these services; we do not contract our work to independents.
4. Price Comparison With Our Competition When doing your homework on full service heating oil suppliers, intially it may appear that Scotia Fuels is expensive, but lets take a closer look.
At Scotia Fuels there is no need to purchase a service contract for 24 hour burner service and annual tune-up, which can range from $120-$200 with our competitors.
When you add up all the extras other full service suppliers charge, you can see we are cost competitive. If you wish to have a detailed price comparison for your household usage mailed to you, please contact our office and we will gladly send one out.
5. State of the Art High Efficiency Equipment Sales Should you require an upgrade on your heating equipment, we offer a complete line of choices to best suit your needs. For your convenience, we offer financing options on equipment sales.
6. Payment Options EQUALIZED MONTHY BUDGET BILLING A ten month no interest plan running from SEPTEMBER TO JUNE
AUTOMATIC MONTHLY STATEMENT WITHDRAWL Your monthly balance is automatically withdrawn from your account on the first of each month.
TELEBANKING/INTERNET BANKING Payments can be made over the phone or internet using the services available through your bank.
THROUGH THE MAIL Enclose your remittance slip and your cheque or money order in the return envelope included with your monthly statement.
AT THE OFFICE Drop by our office at 6380 Lady Hammond Road. We also have a mail slot where you can drop off payments after hours.
PAYMENT AT YOUR BANK Bring a copy of your remittance stub to the teller or instant teller at your bank.
